Established under the leadership of Dr. J. Packia Selvi, our trust works with a clear vision – To create a society where every woman, irrespective of her background, has equal access to opportunities, education, and empowerment. We envision a future where women from rural and urban communities rise above social, economic, and cultural barriers to lead with confidence, dignity, and independence. Founder
Inspiration Behind the Trust
Born in a small village near Nagercoil, our founder’s journey is one of resilience and hope. With the support of a Church Diocese pastor, she pursued her education despite poverty and challenges, completing polytechnic studies and later specializing in Structural Engineering.
Overcoming financial barriers and gender bias, she earned a Grade I Structural Engineer License and founded Jeny Home Planners and Builders, built on integrity and innovation. As a single parent, she raised her daughter, now a doctor, and continues to inspire women by empowering them through education and opportunity.
